If we transmit personal data (including the content of your advertisements) to such third-party providers, this is done exclusively on the basis of a written contract (data processing), which restricts the use of the personal data by the third-party provider and obliges them to implement security measures with regard to this data. 5. HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA
We generally only store your personal data for as long as we have a legitimate interest in this storage and your interests in not continuing the storage do not override.
Even without a legitimate interest, we can continue to store the data if we are legally or officially obliged to do so, in particular for regulatory reasons, such as to fulfill commercial law and tax law retention obligations. We also delete your personal data without your intervention as soon as knowledge of it is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing or storage is otherwise legally inadmissible.
Our specific retention periods for personal data are documented in our retention policies. How long we retain personal data can vary significantly depending on the context of the services we offer and depending on our legal obligations. Factors such as the sensitivity of the data in question, the need to store your data to provide our service, your consent for longer storage, contractual or similar obligations to retain your personal data typically influence the retention period.

Classic Trader takes all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, unauthorized access or other misuse. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public.

We protect your data through technical and organizational security measures to minimize risks related to loss, misuse, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure and modification of this data. For this purpose, we use firewalls and data encryption, for example, but also physical access restrictions for our data centers and authorization controls for data access. If you nevertheless believe that your account has been misused, please report this to us at service@classic-trader.com.

Please note, if you are a dealer, that your advertisement data may remain visible in the sales history in the event of a successful sale. This happens if you mark your advertisement as "sold". Advertisements are therefore only deleted if an advertisement is removed or expires. Even in the case of merely paused advertisements, your data is not automatically deleted.
At your request, we will close your account and delete your personal data as quickly as possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. To do this, you are welcome to contact us at datenschutz@classic-trader.com.

Cookie Policy
(Cookies, Web Beacons and Similar Technologies)
Like most websites, we or our authorized service providers use cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies to store data within the framework of our website www.classic-trader.com and our applications, services and tools. These technologies are essentially small data files that are stored on your computer, tablet, mobile phone or another device and enable us to collect certain data each time you visit our website or use our services, applications, messaging functions and tools to provide you with a better, faster and more secure user experience and to customize content and advertisements.
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES, WEB BEACONS AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES?
The specific names and types of cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies that we use may change. To help you understand this explanation and our use of these technologies better, we have compiled the following short list of important terms and their definitions for you:
"Cookies" are small files that enable us to store specific information relating to you on your PC while you visit our website. Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our web pages, and to make our offers as safe, comfortable and efficient as possible for you.
We use "session cookies" on the one hand, which are temporarily stored only for the duration of your use of our website. On the other hand, we use "persistent cookies" to retain information about computers that repeatedly access our website. This enables us to offer you optimal user guidance and to "recognize" you and present you with a varied website and new content when you use it repeatedly. The content of a persistent cookie is limited to an identification number. The validity period of a persistent cookie is 100 days; after these 100 days have expired, the cookie is automatically deleted. Name, IP address or other information about your real identity is not stored, and we also do not create individual profiles of your usage behavior. In addition, when using our website, you may also be affected by so-called "first-party cookies". These are stored by the website you are visiting. It is also possible that so-called "third-party cookies" are present, which are stored by a website other than the one you are visiting.
Web beacons are small graphic files (also known as "pixel tags" or "clear GIFs") that may be contained in our website, our services, applications, messaging functions and tools and are usually used in conjunction with cookies to identify users or user behavior.
Similar technologies are technologies that store data in your browser or on your device using shared local objects or local storage functions such as Flash cookies, HTML 5 cookies and other web application software methods. These technologies can work across all your browsers and in some cases are not fully managed by your browser, but may need to be managed directly via your installed applications or your device. We do not use these technologies to store data for personalizing advertisements on our or other websites.
2. YOUR CHOICES AND OUR USE OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We may store cookies on your device if they are absolutely necessary for the operation of our website (necessary cookies). For all other types of cookies, in particular for the purposes of preferences, statistics and marketing, we need your consent.
Necessary cookies: We offer certain website functions, services, applications and tools that are only available through the use of these technologies. You can block, delete or deactivate these technologies at any time without hindrance if your browser, installed application or device supports this. In particular, it is possible to use our offers without cookies by deactivating the storage of cookies in your respective browser (e.g. under Tools/Internet Options), restricting it to certain websites or language your browser to notify you as soon as a cookie is sent. The settings must be set separately for each browser you use. For this purpose, the various browsers offer different functions and options. You can also delete cookies from your PC's hard drive at any time (e.g. Firefox: Tools > Settings > Privacy > Show cookies > Remove cookie / Remove all cookies; Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > General Browse history delete / Delete cookies). However, please note that in these cases you must expect a limited display of our website and limited user guidance.
Other cookies: We also use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies for the purpose of retargeting and remarketing, i.e. to provide content tailored to your interests, including advertisements, in connection with the provision of our services or on third-party online offerings. This includes the use of technologies that serve to determine how relevant the advertisements and content provided to you are, which advertisements have already been shown to you, how often they have been shown to you, when and where they have been shown to you and whether you have taken an action, such as clicking on an advertisement or making a purchase. For this purpose, data is combined with data already collected about your interests. We also collect data about the device you use (e.g. operating system and version), among other things, in order to provide a uniform service for all your devices.
You can revoke your consent to the use of these analysis, marketing and tracking cookies at any time. You can make a differentiated choice in our privacy settings.
3. USE OF THESE TECHNOLOGIES BY AUTHORIZED EXTERNAL SERVICE PROVIDERS
We work with external companies, so-called service providers, who are authorized to place third-party cookies, web beacons or similar technologies with our permission to store data on our website or in our services, applications and tools. These service providers help us to provide you with a better, faster and more secure user experience.
These service providers use these technologies to help us provide our own content and advertisements and to create anonymous website metrics and analyses. You can find further information on the use of Google Analytics in the section Reach Measurement and Google Analytics below. We do not allow any of these service providers to collect any personal data for their own purposes on our website or in our services, applications and tools. The use or collection of personal data by these service providers is subject to data protection and confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions. Third-party cookies are subject to the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers.
With the exception of the use of these technologies by our service providers or other authorized third-party providers, we do not allow third-party content (such as offers, communication between users, comments, test reports, etc.) on our website that contains or uses cookies, web beacons or similar technologies for tracking or collecting your personal data. If you suspect that an offer or third-party content on our website is collecting personal data or could be using tracking technologies, please report this to service@classic-trader.com.
4. REACH MEASUREMENT AND GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Reach measurement SZMnG
Our website uses the "Scalable Central Measurement Method" (SZM) from the company INFOnline (https://www.infonline.de) to determine statistical parameters for the use of our offers. The purpose of usage measurement is to statistically determine the number of visits to our website, the number of website visitors and their surfing behavior based on a standardized standard procedure and thus to obtain market-wide comparable values. Further information can be found in our privacy policy on the "SZMnG" procedure for reach measurement.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (hereinafter "Google"), in order to be able to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. Google Analytics uses methods such as cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating IP anonymization on this website, the IP address is shortened before transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases and in compliance with appropriate guarantees to ensure a comparable level of data protection will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use the collected information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide us with further services related to the use of the website. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
We only use Google Analytics in connection with your personal data if you have previously given us your express consent. Your consent is the legal basis for the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR. Privacy Policy on the "SZMnG" Procedure for Reach Measurement
Our website uses the measurement procedure ("SZMnG") from INFOnline GmbH (https://www.INFOnline.de) to determine statistical parameters on the use of our offers. The aim of usage measurement is to statistically determine the number of visits to our website, the number of website visitors and their surfing behavior – based on a standardized standard procedure – and thus to obtain market-wide comparable values.
For all digital offerings that are members of the Informationsgemeinschaft zur Feststellung der Verbreitung von Werbeträgern e.V. (IVW – http://www.ivw.eu) or participate in the studies of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Online-Forschung e.V. (AGOF - http://www.agof.de), the usage statistics are regularly further processed by the AGOF and the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Media-Analyse e.V. (agma – http://www.agma-mmc.de) to reach and published with the performance value "Unique User" and by the IVW with the performance values "Page Impression" and "Visits". These reaches and statistics can be viewed on the respective websites.
